International and local experts and participants came together for the two-day conference to speak on innovation, workplace happiness and suggestion & rewarding scheme. Organizations were also awarded for their outstanding ideas implemented last year.
Dubai (26th April 2016) UAE: In line with the UAE government’s vision to be one of the most innovative and happiest places to work and live in, Dubai Quality Group (DQG), under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, hosted the Ideas Arabia 11th International Conference 2016 on 25th and 26th of April 2016 at Four Seasons Resort Dubai. This year’s conference, under the theme “Aspiring for Innovation and Happiness”, featured international and local experts in the field of Suggestions & Rewarding Scheme, Innovation, Creativity and Workplace Happiness.
The enthralling two-day conference, opened by Ahmed Al Mulla, Vice Chairman, Dubai Quality Group served as a forum where experts in Suggestion & Rewarding Scheme exchanged ideas aimed at bringing to the Middle East the latest developments in the Suggestion & Rewarding Scheme and talked about how implementing the schemes will benefit an organization.
Ms. Feriyal Tawakul, Chair, Ideas Arabia, thanked all the conference attendees and the sponsors for supporting the conference. The conference was well received with over 300 attendees.
The speakers at the conference shared their experience & success stories about driving employee engagement in workplaces to create a positive, energized and innovation-friendly environment at work, where there is a win-win situation for both the employees and the organizations they work for.
